BMW single-phase 100V series features
This is a single-phase 100V type parallel electric winch.
● The parallel type, which has two rows of the motor and drum sections, is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces.
● By using a frame of lightweight and robust aluminum alloy casting, it has a great design and functionality such as dust and rust resistence, drip-proof and quietness.
● Using a motor with a built-in fan, it can run for 30 minutes.
● Even in emergencies such as power outages, the manual brake release device can safely lower a suspended load even if the winch stops working.● A high-performance electromagnetic brake is used; therefore, the braking power is extremely high making it effective even for delicate work.
● This winch can be used with a single-phase 100V household outlet.
Model: BMW-101 / BMW-102 / BMW-103
This is an electric winch equipped with an outdoor motor in parallel with the drum. A precisely designed reduction gear provides strong and stable traction. In addition, special heat treatment is applied to the aluminum alloy casting making it a much lighter and smaller than conventional products. It is dust and rust resistent, rain-proof, and can be installed in small spaces. The single-phase 100V 0. 4kw series can be easily used at household electrical outlets so you can choose the most suitable model for any application at low cost.

Exceptional durability
In addition to using an outdoor motor, the reduction mechanism is rust-resistant and the frame is made of lightweight aluminum alloy casting. This product has high self-cooling properties and good heat dissipation making it safe for rain, wind, and dust. The sound is also quiet.
Reliable safety
It uses MAXPULL’s original high-performance electromagnetic brake developed jointly with a motor manufacturer so it has extremely high braking force and it is effective even for detailed work. In addition, the manual brake release device can safely lower a suspended load even if the winch stops working in an emergency such as a power outage. The wire rope is fixed to the drum with a double safety structure using a special drum that ensures unrestricted winding. Fixing the end of the wire rope to the drum can be easily done using a Hex key L-wrench. Please see the explanation diagram below.
