Features of BMW Air-SC three-phase 200V series
This is an electric winch equipped with a dog clutch that is suitable for frequent wire rope winding and unwinding.
● With the simple operation of a single lever, the drum can be put in neutral position and the wire rope can be easily pulled out.
● The clutch operation is light, easy and reliable due to the precision design.
● The fan-integrated motor enables operation for a rated time of 30 minutes.
● In the event of a power failure or other emergency, a manual brake release device can be used to safely lower the suspended load.
● A high-performance electromagnetic brake is used; therefore, the braking power is extremely high making it effective even for delicate work.
● This winch uses industrial three-phase 200V.

BMW dog clutch series
This is an interlocking winch that is standardized by attaching a clutch to a popular BMW Air series. The drum can be put in a neutral state simply by operating a single lever. In addition, the clutch operation is light and reliable due to the precision design. Since no rotational load is applied to the motor or reduction gear, the unwinding of the wire can be easily done.
Parallel type winch equipped with built-in motor
This is an electric winch equipped with a built-in motor in parallel with the drum. A precisely designed reduction gear allows electric power to work directly providing a strong and stable traction. In addition, special heat treatment is applied to the aluminum alloy casting making it a much lighter and smaller than conventional products. It is dust and rust resistent, rain-proof, and can be installed in small spaces. The power supply is AC200V.
● The parallel type, which has two rows of the motor and drum sections, is compact and can be installed in narrow spaces.
● In addition to using an outdoor motor, the reduction mechanism is rust-resistant and the frame is made of lightweight aluminum alloy casting. This product has high self-cooling properties and good heat dissipation making it safe for rain, wind, and dust. The sound is also quiet.
● It uses MAXPULL’s original high-performance electromagnetic brake developed jointly with a motor manufacturer so it has extremely high braking force and it is effective even for detailed work. In addition, the manual brake release device can safely lower a suspended load even if the winch stops working in an emergency such as a power outage.
● The wire rope can be installed easily and securely by simply passing the wire rope through two wire holes on drum pipe and tightening the fastener.
